Overview

What a central heating installation involves

A central heating system heats water at one central unit, a boiler or furnace, and circulates it through pipework to radiators or other heat emitters in each room. A system that works well depends on more than the equipment: the heat source has to suit the building's heat demand, pipes have to be sized and routed correctly, and the system has to be balanced so every room warms evenly.

We handle the installation from start to finish. We plan the layout, fit the boiler or furnace, run the distribution pipework, install radiators and controls, and test the whole system before handover. On new buildings we coordinate with your builder so that pipework goes in at the right stage of construction, before floors and walls are finished.

What's included

Scope of work

Each installation is planned for the building, but most projects include the following.

Complete system installation

The full heating system installed as one coordinated job, so every component is matched and connected correctly.

Boiler or furnace fitting

Positioning and fitting the heat source, with connections to the heating circuit and the fuel supply.

Heat distribution terminals

Radiators or other heat emitters sized for each room and fitted with the right valves.

Control and safety equipment

Thermostats, pumps, expansion vessels and pressure relief components as the system design requires.

Testing, flushing and commissioning

Pressure testing for leaks, flushing out installation debris, filling, bleeding air and checking the system runs as planned.

Planning and project coordination

Site survey, installation schedule and coordination with your builder and other trades.

Our process

How an installation runs

  1. Site survey

We look at the building, the rooms to be heated and where equipment and pipes can go.

  2. System plan and quotation

You receive a proposed layout, equipment list and quotation to review.

  3. Installation

Our team installs the heat source, pipework, radiators and controls.

  4. Commissioning and handover

We test, flush and commission the system, then show you how to operate it.

Applications

Where we install central heating

Central heating suits most building types. The approach changes depending on whether the building is under construction or already finished.

  • Houses and bungalows
  • Multi-storey homes and houses with basements
  • Houses under construction, before finishing work
  • Offices and commercial buildings
  • Replacing an old or underperforming system

What you gain

  • Even, controllable heat across the building
  • Equipment chosen to suit the building, not a standard kit
  • One team responsible from planning to handover
  • A system tested and commissioned before you use it
  • Clear guidance on operating the system

Call us
01Can central heating be installed in an existing house?

Yes. In a finished house we survey first to plan pipe routes that keep disruption to a minimum. The amount of work depends on the construction and finishes, and we explain this before you commit.

02How long does an installation take?

It depends on the size of the building and whether it is under construction or already lived in. We give you a timeline with the quotation, after the site survey.

03Can you help choose the boiler and radiators?

Yes. Equipment selection is part of planning the installation. We explain the options that suit your building and include them in the quotation.

04Do you install central heating outside Islamabad?

Yes. Our office is in Islamabad and we take on installation projects in other cities across Pakistan. Share your location when you enquire so we can plan the survey and schedule.

05What happens after the system is installed?

We test, flush and commission the system, show you how to use the controls and suggest a servicing routine. Our maintenance and servicing team can look after the system in the years that follow.
